Brief introduction to stone production line:

First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush.

The stone materials are delivered into the jaw crusher for preliminary crush by the feeder. Then, the quartz stone crusher rough stone materials are transported into the impact crusher for further crush by the belt conveyor. Then, the stone materials are separated into different size by the vibrating screen, and the stone, which does not satisfy the required granularity, will return to the impact crusher for crush once again.

Cement production line:The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine for crush, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush.

The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be conveyed to the stonemachine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine.

The parts into the stonemachine will be the finished products after being washed in the sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary crush.

Cement production line is highly automatic, with low operation cost, high crushing ratio, low power consumption, high capacity, low pollution and easy maintenance. The size of the finished product is even and in good shape, which meets the national stonestandards.

Production processing

The material is fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, after crushing; the material will be fed into WKS Simmons cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The fine materials with belt conveyor are sent to the circle vibrating screen for screening different specifications of finished product stone, but not qualified stone will return to the cone crusher.

This Stone crushing plant has features of high automation, used stone crusher plant size of discharged granularity, high broken ratio, low energy consumption, large output, high uniform granularity and good shape of the products, and it is suitable for various engineering project constructions, such as highway, bridge and so on.

Process of the Stone Crushing plant Line(Stone production line )

Big size stones are transferred to primary crusher through asphalt crushing plant from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. The aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and aggregate with unsuitable size will be transferred to the impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms a closed and manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers’ requirements, and the duster will be attached for the sake of environment protection.
